Hi, my name is Kristin. I’m a mid 30’s fitness enthusiast, lover of travel and new experiences, nature, wine and food! I have been with the love of my life for 15 years and we have a beautiful, free spirited 3 year old daughter. She’s a handful and a half and keeps us on our toes at every opportunity. I love my family to pieces and you will definitely be seeing them around here…


I have been a fitness junkie for over 17 years, starting in high school and it’s a huge part of my life. Stair sprints and powerlifting and HIIT are a few of my favourites ♥️ but my newest passion is rocket yoga. The strength and confidence I’ve gained from this new practice is phenomenal, including forearm balances, handstands and fancy transitions. It’s a lot of fun!

I spend the majority of my time with my daughter taking nature walks, hiking and socializing with friends during play dates. She’s very active and we try to get outside as often as we possibly can! We both feel much happier when we do… When weather is cooler, we can be found creating art projects or cooking, baking and doing meal prep. Check back from some fantastic healthy recipe posts!

My inspiration for this blog was to log my new 100 day fitness/nutrition journey in real time. I believe that it will transform all aspects in my life… my mind, body and spirit and hope it will bring out the best in myself. Logging this publicly will not only help hold me accountable, but it will also get my further out of my comfort zone which is really what this is all about in the end. Watch this transformation unfold including all my thoughts, feelings, physical and mental changes and realize that anything is possible when you commit. My hope is to connect with other fitness enthusiasts or people looking for inspiration, relatability and support.

Eventually this blog will also incorporate all my life’s passions, but still with a heavy fitness and health focus….because why not?! It’s all about my lifestyle. Let’s get started!
