Day 70.

“The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score.”

Bill copeland

So, I am now sitting here with one more month of my program to complete. I can’t believe it has gone by this fast and has been this easy to stay consistent with. I could not be more proud of myself and my girls who are crushing these workouts right now!!! Taking on 100 days seemed very daunting at the beginning, but I truly feel like I can accomplish anything now. And of course, it just so happens that we have another great program launching this month, so I’m trying to accelerate my 100 days by completing some double workouts to wrap up a little sooner. Lol. Like I didn’t take on enough already!!

This has been a great challenge added into my life, right when I needed something new to focus on. To get me out of my comfort zone and broaden my horizons. I’m so very grateful that I decided after months and months and months (lol)… to jump all in to try out something new. As we kick off October and the last 3 months of this decade, I can’t help but reflect on how far I’ve come this year in both my personal and business life. I always talked about the fitness industry and was so very passionate about it, but I did not know how to apply this love into an income producing career. The truth is that when you share your passion and help inspire others to lead healthier lives, it’s a beautiful thing… so now instead of focus on how I can make money, I’m focusing on how I can help others live their best healthiest lives. I’m becoming more grateful for what I have and more open and honest with my struggles, which is allowing me to truly be myself. I have seen this girl in years… welcome back!

What are your goals/ dreams/ desires for the rest of 2019? Have you gone back and forth about wanting to start your own fitness journey? Are you trying to cut out alcohol, or sugar and caffeine from your diet? How about asking for that raise/promotion you know you really deserve? The time to change our lives for the better is now… whatever that may mean to you.

I’ve got some big goals for these last few months, most business related, but also some personal. I will complete this program and continue on my journey of working out and moving my body every day. I will continue to meal plan and try to stay on track with my eating habits as best I can. I will prepare and cook wholesome meals from scratch for my family. I will try to cut out most sugars… Sugar is my biggest culprit and although I’m not terrible and do not eat it all of the time, when I do eat it I want to overindulge like crazy!! For my business d like to create a proper schedule so that I can utilize my time more efficiently. I want to get the most out of my spare time and I believe this will help me stay organized and keep focused on my goals. I will also start breaking down my goals into monthly compartments to simplify them and to use it as a step by step guide.

I can’t wait to come back to this when 2019 is wrapped up in a tight little package and see how everything has unfolded. I’ve got some momentum, the drive to push through. Come at me 2020, I’m ready for ya ❤
