Day 84.

“If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.”

Andrew Carnegie

Focus. Commitment. Discipline. Planning. Support.

There is no way I would have been able to get this far into my program without the support of my loved ones and the amazing girl friends I have doing this program with me. They have kept me accountable and have helped inspire me with setting some major personal goals for each and every phase.

Luckily this program came with an amazing journal to help me keep track of my progress, how I feel day to day, including my commitment levels, and a recap every phase to clarify why I’m doing this program. Surprisingly your goals can change.. your “why” can also start to shift and change throughout this much time. I didn’t overly realize this when I started, but it’s great to gain this perspective on where you are and where you are going. GOLDEN 🙌🙌.

Where are you in your fitness journey? Where do you want to go? I’d love for you to join me and I will help you get there!

I tried to push through the last phase of this program with urgency, as there is another one I’d like to start… but I started to realize that I love this program and am a little sad for it to end. Have you ever read an amazing book series? One so powerful and moving that we build relationships with the characters? And then when it ends it feels like you are loosing a friend? I know it’s ridiculous, but I feel a little like that in a way. This is one of those programs I will keep.coming back to over the years for sure. It fuels me and ignites so much fire in my soul!!

To be honest, it’s also starting to get pretty damn intense! Ha ha. It’s getting more challenging to do multiple workouts a day and I actually took today off all together. When working through new programs, you always need to listen to you body. Pushing yourself is great and is how we grow, BUT there is a fine line between pushing yourself for growth and pushing yourself for egotistical purposes and causing injury or burnout. Today I knew I just needed some rest and relaxation, but of course my daughter and I still spent some time outside in nature walking. Enjoying each day to the fullest until the snow greets us!!

I’ve been thinking a lot these last few weeks about my direction for this blog after my program is done. I truly struggle to find a direction to go in and am lacking ideas.

I’d love to leave it to you. What would you like to see from me?? There are so many ways in which I could go… it could be fitness focused (tips, workouts, does and don’ts), it’s could be nutrition (meal planning, recipes, food hacks, does and don’ts), possibly more lifestyle or parenting focused. So many options. And to be honest, it’ll always have a bit of fitness sprinkled in because it is one of my favourite things in the world.

I would truly love to hear your thoughts. Either drop them below or email me. Until next week friends ❤
